Over the years I have had the opportunity to work on logo design and logo redesign for some exciting and interesting brands, covering businesses of all sizes – locally, national and internationally.

Sometimes I simply design a logo, on other occasions I do a much more. I have 18 years experience in developing strong visual identities that are aligned with the core values, ethics and principles of the company I am working with. I understand every aspect of how good branding (or bad for that matter!) can influence every point of contact that your business has with your customers.

I have spent years of listening, talking and listening some more to draw out the essentials in a brand, resulting in clean, impactful and memorable design. My key priority isn’t just to sit down at a computer and start creating pretty shapes. I take the time getting to know you and to understand your business. Using my experience, I draw out the detail needed that will help me to achieve my goal of creating a logo or branding which really reflects the values of your company – branding that truly connects to your chosen audience.

Isn’t a logo and a brand the same thing?
Simply, no it isn’t. They are actually two very different things that must work in tandem with one another. Your logo should be an easily recognisable design element often including a name. A well designed logo should evoke some form of emotion or memory from the viewer. Your brand is your interaction and communication with your customer base that encompasses your positioning, message and tone of voice. It is your strategy that clearly communicates your values and passion to encourage your customers to interact with you.
